All courses include a mix of fire roads, single track and very small sections of paved trail. The Half Marathon and 10K include a climb up to the top of Sanborn Park. Smart runners will walk the hills and save their energy for the flats and downhills!
COURSE MAPS AND ELEVATION CHARTS
All participants can receive a copy of their appropriate course map on race day.
Each course will be marked with colored ribbons and mile marker signs, so that runners know they are on the correct course. Volunteers will also be on the course at key locations to help direct runners.
As with all of our races, aid stations will be fully stocked with water, sports drink, gels, pretzels, candy, etc.
Aid stations will be approximately 2-3 miles apart.
Runners who may need more water, should carry their own water bottle or hydration pack.
Restrooms and showers will be available at the race start/finish area.
