No. This does NOT mean the events through to the end of the year are cancelled. If there is any possible way to hold those, they will all still happen. This also doesn’t mean there won’t be any other virtual-type events for those future races. That also could happen. This is just our first virtual-challenge in tribute to the mess that has been 2020 so far for Brazen Racing events!

Nope. You can run or walk. You can even row, cycle or anything else you would like to do. During registration you can choose to have your miles listed under the “run/walk” category or the “multisport” category. Those participating by mixing runs and walks with other activities should choose the “multisport” category.

You will be recording mileage, so you can break each race into as many activities as you like. In other words, if the distance for that race is 13.5 miles, you can run it all at once or run 1 mile a day over 13.5 days. You can upload any distance into your tracking/results and then just keep adding to it to achieve your goal.

If you are the “extra credit” type, you can just enter it in and leave it — but that excess mileage will not automatically count toward your next race. To get the mileage to count on your next race, enter the appropriate number of miles for the race you are finishing and then the balance of miles on the next race. In other words, if race #3 is 13.1 miles and you run 15 miles, just enter in the 13.1 miles for race #3 and then go into race #4 and enter the remaining 1.9 miles.

Yes. Each challenge consists of many different races (AKA “stops”). If you want to do them out of order, that is okay.

Yes. There will be an option to choose your team name when you register and team results (showing cumulative mileage) will be regularly updated.

There is not currently functionality to directly support relay teams, but anyone wishing to do this can do so by signing up their members and then contacting us and letting us know who the team leader is. We can change the team leader’s name to “Relay Team ___” and then the team leader can post up the mileage for the team. Relay options are being built at Race Roster and we expect future challenges to include them and make the process much more simple.

You can continue to report your results all the way until 12/31/2021. Take your time!

Yes. When you register, you will have the option of signing up for any of the challenges. You can also sign up for two or three (with a discount if you sign up for all three at once).

Coasters, hats and hoodies (awards for each of the three different challenges) should be mailed out late December/early January. Participants will be updated by e-mail when these packages are going to be mailed.

Yes. If you have a coupon code, you should be able to enter that during your registration.

This event is not a 5K, 10K or half marathon, but if you prepaid for one of those race distances and would like to use the amount you paid instead for this event, just e-mail (racedirector@brazenracing.com) and we will get that set up for you.

Participants will be able to record their miles in Race Roster. Instructions on how to do this will be sent by e-mail to all participants.

Participants are welcome to run, walk or engage in any other activity wherever they would like. Be sure to only run where it is safe and legal!

The best place is the Be Bold Be Brazen Facebook group. You’ll find lots of other participants ready to share stories, pictures, tips and more.

No refunds or future race credit will be issued for these events.
