{"id":76,"date":"2016-05-31T12:46:10","date_gmt":"2016-05-31T19:46:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/brazenracing.com\/hellyervirtual20212018\/?page_id=76"},"modified":"2021-03-06T21:51:34","modified_gmt":"2021-03-07T05:51:34","slug":"race-info","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/brazenracing.com\/hellyervirtual2021\/race-info\/","title":{"rendered":"Race Info"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1>\n\t\tRACE INFO\n\t<\/h1>\n\t<p>In the future (hopefully not too distant), we will have our races in person again, but in the meanwhile we do what we can, and that means going virtual!\u00a0 On the plus side, this means you can run outside, inside, row a machine, row a boat, cycle or do whatever activity keeps you strong during the lockdown.<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\tHow IT WORKS\n\t<\/h2>\n<p>Pick a distance you can run, cycle, row or do whatever exercise you decide on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mad Hatter 51K\u00a0<\/strong>(can be done at once or broken up into many runs to accumulate the mileage).<\/p>\n<p>Starting on 4\/4\/2021 (and continuing through 4\/26\/2021), participants will get their miles done.<\/p>\n<p>You can run wherever you like (including Hellyer park and along the Coyote Creek Parkway where the event normally takes place &#8212; providing the parks are open then). You can even run on your treadmill or jump on the stationary bike, rowing machine, etc. The important thing is to make sure you get moving!<\/p>\n<p>Once you are done, go to the results link and enter in your distance and time. Like all of our virtual races, the Hellyer event is non-competitive, but posting your results makes it official that you got it done.<\/p>\n<p>Ready to share the joy? Post up a picture and\/or your run info with #hellyer. means for exercising during the Great Lockdown?\u00a0 Are you into cycling, rowing, stand-up paddle boarding or something else?\u00a0 No problem.\u00a0 If you are covering miles, just report
