shirt is great for running. \u00a0The cotton is usually best for casual, non-running purposes.<\/p>\n<p>10K and 5K runners receive a cotton shirt, but have the option of upgrading to a technical shirt for $7.<\/p>\n<p>All shirts are gender-specific and come in sizes ranging from youth small to men&#8217;s 4XL.<\/p>\n\t\t<h3>\t\n\tTrailquake MEDALS<\/h3><p>All finishers will receive an original Trailquake finisher medal.<\/p>\n\t\t<h3>\t\n\tAWARDS<\/h3><p>Age-group medals (3 deep) will be awarded in the following divisions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8 and
