Victory half marathons!<\/p>\n<p>The following pace groups are planned for the Victory Half Marathon: <strong>1:30, 1:40, 1:50, 2:00, 2:10, 2:20, <\/strong><strong>2:30 and 2:40, 2:50 and 3
