Encouraging And Supporting
Bibs and medals can be made, courses can be marked and runners can be timed, but the experience of any racing event is incomplete without the encouragement and support of others. Some see volunteering as an opportunity to give back to others what has been so selflessly given to them. Others don’t want to (or aren’t yet ready to) run, but still want to be outside, active and helping runners achieve their goals. Whatever the reason for being there, volunteers form an invaluable part of every race.
